I feel really lucky to live in a town where it makes sense to keep a beach chair in my car year-round. Proximity to the beach is one of the reasons so many of us put up with the heat and humidity that come with summer in the south. Proximity to the beach is also one of the reasons I can guarantee friends want to come visit. This past weekend, my college roommates came to town for a beach day, so I made a mix for the occasion.
I made this mix with two things in mind:
We need a good blend of songs and/or artists that the group will know and like
We need songs that are upbeat and maybe a little bit anthemic
