Well, Taylor Swift released a new album, The Tortured Poets Department, last Friday and I have some things to say about it! I know not everyone wants to hear more about Taylor Swift. However, if you do care about my [not super positive] feelings about the new album, you can read those here.

When I wasn’t slogging through The Tortured Poets Department, I worked my way through a handful of new releases from Bartees Strange, Joy Oladokun, and Rachel Chinouriri. I also listened to a lot of live music over the weekend! I’m including songs from Courtney Barnett, Babe Club, and The Linda Lindas whose sets were the highlights of a weekend-long music festival.
