Hi, happy Monday, thanks for lots of nice feedback about last week’s newsletter! I will wrap up Super Bowl coverage with two final thoughts: 1) I honestly missed any negative reactions to Kendrick’s performance as they happened in real time. Consider me not surprised to find out the right took issue! So, I’d like to predict here and now that the halftime show performer next year will, unfortunately, be Morgan Wallen; 2) I was not the only person who loved Kendrick’s flares. They’re Celine, and it looks like some sizes are back in stock! Act fast!
I was asked to make some playlists for my college roommate’s bachelorette party this past weekend - one of the greatest honors of my life. I particularly liked this one - a no-boys-allowed, many hours long mix of pop crowd pleasers and b-sides. If you ever need something for a girls night in, I recommend!
I’m behind on new music listening because of my bachelorette duties, so just a quick roundup this week including new tracks from Horsegirl, Bnny, flowerovlove, and Addison Rae (you may recall that “Diet Pepsi” was a big 2024 favorite here at Made You A Mix, so I’m very interested to hear what else Addison is getting up to - a sentence I could never have fathomed typing just a few years ago!).
